Upcoming Meetings and Events:

October 8th is the Solar Tour.
Two members are participating with their EV’s.

The October meeting (Saturday, 19 October) was initially planned for Garland to help Joel get his train running for the season. That plan has changed because Joel has a wedding to attend on our planned meeting day.

Ron Swanson mentioned someone who is very close to having his EV conversion on the street and suggested that we could possibly hold the meeting at this persons house to help get his EV running. Ron will contact him and let us know if we are meeting there. As a default, MakerSpace will be the fallback location for the October meeting.

Because of the litigation between the Texas auto dealers and Tesla, the October meeting cannot be held at the Tesla service center. We are in search for a new venue for the November meeting. Although MakerSpace is a fallback location, we don’t want to meet there two months in a row.

Meeting is scheduled at Joel’s train is Garland.
